Privacy Policy
How PRISM handles privacy, analytics, operational logs, and third-party services.
No Accounts
PRISM does not require reader accounts. We do not build personalized news feeds, sell reader profiles, or ask readers to provide demographic information to browse the site.
Analytics
We may use privacy-conscious analytics and performance tools to understand aggregate traffic, page performance, errors, and reliability. These tools can process technical data such as page URL, device type, browser, approximate region, referrer, timestamps, and network diagnostics.
We use this information to maintain the product, improve speed, detect abuse, and debug failures.
Local Preferences
The dark or light theme preference is stored in your browser using local storage under the key prism-theme. This preference stays on your device and is used only to render the site in your selected theme.
Third Parties
When you open a source article, RSS feed, podcast app, or linked publisher page, that destination is governed by its own privacy policy. PRISM does not control third-party publisher sites.
Retention
Operational logs and analytics are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, debugging, product measurement, and legal compliance.
